Two Ways to Become a Supplier

Marketplace Supplier

Registering onto the VendorPanel Marketplace is a smart idea for any supplier. You’ll get notified of opportunities from enterprise buyers who are looking for local supplier quotes and proposals, as well as getting access when they publish tenders on VendorPanel.

It only takes a few minutes to get set up.

Start by checking out the FAQs below, then click to register

Enterprise Supplier

Preferred Enterprise Supplier

Hundreds of organisations use VendorPanel to access and manage their preferred suppliers and approved contractors. Suppliers get access to more opportunities when organisations use VendorPanel. Once registered on a supplier list (a buying organisation must invite you by email) you can tailor your company’s profile for buyers at that organisation. It's a great way to win more business.

Check out the Enterprise Supplier FAQs below.

Marketplace FAQs

Do I have to register for each Buyer Organisation that I want to sell to?

No. Register once into the category that you want to supply goods or services in, and you will be visible to all Buyer Organisations in the Marketplace. Just select you category and subcategories as you register. If you prefer, you can download the full list of categories here.

What happens when I register?

You will receive an email notification when there is a new RFQ or public tender in your category, in the geographic area that you service. It's fast easy to review the requirements and submit your quote or tender.

Can I respond to public tenders too?

Once you are registered, yes. And at no cost to you. You can see current public tenders here

Is it really free?

Yes! It is completely free for suppliers to register, receive and respond to invitations. And if we ever offer premium services in the future, we will make them opt-in. You'll never get a surprise charge from us.

What if I already have a VendorPanel account?

Register using your existing account so everything can be managed in one place. If your organisation has more than one linked user, ask your VendorPanel Administrator to register for the Marketplace using their user details so all your information stays linked. Then your Administrator can share Marketplace access with you and your colleagues.

Enterprise Supplier FAQs

How can I sell to a business that uses VendorPanel?

If you know that a business, local council or government body sources through VendorPanel, contact them about joining their list of suppliers. Once done, you'll receive an email allowing you to set up your supplier profile so that their buyers can invite you to bid for business.

I'm on a supplier panel but they don't use VendorPanel. Should they?

We think they should! VendorPanel can help your Enterprise, SME and even Government customers manage their procurement better. And it's a great way for suppliers to raise their profile and win more business. If you are already on an organisation's panel and you think they could use VendorPanel, suggest they check out our website. Thanks.
